Laura Ham

I want to hear your pelvic health goals, no matter how big or small. Whether it be helping you keep fit and active during pregnancy, or guiding recovery after birth or surgery. Getting out of the house without constantly searching for the loo or attending HITT classes at the gym without leaking. It may be reducing the impact of pelvic pain such that work and daily activities become more manageable, or improving painful sex. I hope to help you live an active life through all its stages, unrestricted by your pelvic floor.

Before specialising as a pelvic floor physiotherapist, I worked as a musculoskeletal physio and pilates instructor with a focus on exercise rehabilitation. I have a strong, holistic understanding of how your pelvic health fits into the bigger picture of you, and my treatment style involves a combined approach of specific bladder and bowel management strategies, exercise advice, massage, dry needling and liaising with other staff on your medical team.

I strive to provide empathetic and sensitive care that is specific to your goals, delivered with a smile and good sense of humour.
